Class Attendance: Regular attendance in live or virtual classes is expected to successfully complete the course. Failure to attend classes may result in non-completion of the course without any refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Student Projects: Any projects or materials created by students during the course remain the intellectual property of the student. However, Martial School of IT reserves the right to showcase student projects for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the student.
5. Code of Conduct
Behavior: All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students, and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course without a refund.
Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in a course, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Martial School of IT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses, services, or website. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
Martial School of IT reserves the right to terminate your access to any course or service if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct detrimental to the school or other students. No refund will be issued upon termination for such violations.
