Ongoing Projects

Mule Foods

This is our pilot program that has been running incredibly well since it started on May 1 2024. The idea is a real world project that will be used by real users. It is a web app that serves as a food ordering and delivery platform for the Upper hill community. The web app is 80% done and we are looking forward to launching it on June 3 2024.

The app will be utilized by one vendor – Eric Mulei who cooks from his home in Kawangware, packages and delivers food to his customers around Upperhill – Nairobi. The web app has all the items in his menu. It provides a clean & seamless UI & responsiveness and above all saves time and brings convenience. Mr. Mulei is provided with a seller’s dashboard to monitor and manage his orders.
The developers behind the project are 2 of Erick Otieno’s (Our Head of Curriculum & Co-Founder) software development students.

Mkulima Mdogo

This is an ERP system being developed for small-scale traders in Kenya. The ERP system has several features including an inventory system, an account management system, a CRM and much more. It also features third-party integrations such as KRA E-Tims and Mpesa Daraja API.

The beta version will be released in August 2024. There are already 7 users on the waitlist from the Nairobi CBD.

The developers behind the project are also software engineering students of Erick Otieno.
